You must either be holding an analogous post on a regular basis in your parent cadre or department, or have a certain number of years of regular service in specific pay matrix levels. For example, five years in Level -10, six years in Level -8, or seven years in Level -7.
- Administrative and Judicial Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in personnel and administrative or judicial work is a must.
Desirable Qualification: A degree in law from a recognized university will give you an edge over other candidates.
